We use a number of highly reputable worldwide couriers. Although we try our hardest to ensure given delivery times are accurate, they cannot be fully guaranteed as we rely to a great extent on the courier companies we use.
Collection
Travall is unable to offer on-site collections at this time.
Import Fees
Please note that following the removal of the de minimis exemption, all orders shipped from the UK to the US are now subject to duties and taxes, regardless of order value. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
After you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email, detailing the products you have requested. The courier we are using will also email you directly, providing you with a reference number and website link through which you can track your order and check the expected delivery time.
Refund policy
We understand that you may change your mind, our returns policy is 30 days.
All returns will need to be unused and in the same condition as when your order arrived.
Please include your order number in your return so that we can ensure your refund can be processed quickly.
Please note that refund will only cover the item price and not any additional duties or taxes.
Returns take 5-10 working days to be processed once your order has arrived back with us.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted in person and will need to be sent via courier.
