The driver floor mat is missing the rubber bit that goes over the hole

Ordered as usual, no worries. However, when the delivery arrives it only contains the boot liner. I had to contact customer services to ask if this was a split delivery. Response came back that they didn't have stock of the mats, and a refund had been issued. No asking if I would rather wait for stock to arrive, it was just done. Poor service (A) to not notify me prior to dispatch (B) when were you planning to tell me? (C) to not discuss options. Boot liner seems OK, but I wanted a full set.

We bought this set to go in our new car they arrived within in two days the price and quality were brilliant we saw other mats and boot liner far more expensive but the quality was not as good would definitely recommend.

Does not fit Velar MY 21 onwards. Travall have provided appalling customer service to rectify this issue. Avoid at all costs

The boot liner is perfect. It feet's accurately and is of good quality...quite thick. Very impressed.

bit disapointed really with the Floor mats, thought i would try non-oem mats for my new car. Driver side and rears are fine, passenger side has no locator /fixing pins in the mat even thou the car comes with them and its shown in the pictures on the website, would have probably returned them but i'd already cut the excess of the boot protector which also seemed unneccessary why not supply with it properly cut?

The boot liner is a great thickness and looks like it will stand the rest of time, the fit is custom also which gives a neat premium look.

The boot liner only fits Astra models that have the flex load floor and my model didn’t come with the flex load floor so it doesn’t fit. I’m not buying a aftermarket flex load floor just to make use of this boot liner so I want to return it. To be told that I have to pay return postage is not good customer service! The dog guard is very good, boot liner not so much hence 2 stars

The Travall dog guards are excellent by way of fit allowing more boot space and accessibility than a dog guard I had fitted by Skoda on a previous Octavia estate we bought brand new. We had a Travall dog guard on a Citroen C3 picasso which was also very good so hence buying one to fit our current Octavia estate was a no brainer being better and less expensive than one from Skoda. Same goes for the rubber boot liner. Tougher and thicker than the dealer fitted option. One little downside the packaging could have a better as the guard arrived with one end sticking out of the cardboard box with some light but inconsequential damage on a plastic end stopper. Apart from that great buy.

These are spot on, fit is excellent and they are a quality rubber mat.

The boot liner was fine however I was disappointed with the mat. They did not come assembled and looked a lesser quality to those pictured in the non bundle option. Emailed a week ago and I have numerous contact asking for pictures of mat followed pictures of hooking points, today I have had to send in the product number. I just want the mats that I thought I was ordering or a refund. But the customer service team have not helped with this …….. hopefully that will come in email version 5.

rubber mats and boot liner fit perfectly, only slight issue is that they are delivered rolled up and as yet (winter here) not lying flat, I am confident in time and when it’s warmer that all will be well.

Very well made easy to fit need a bumper protection now good all round product

Ordered one of these for 2020 MS and it's just as expected. Having one of these heavy rubber mats gives extra confidence that whatever you put in the boot, it won't adversely affect the original covering.

Boot liner really thick rubber and good fit , bumper protector well made and good fit too, just added extra ro of tape to stop water ingress along to edge , very happy with both products.
